One NoDa Park

In partnership with Avery Hall and Bridge Investment Group, assembled and developed a 4.2-acre parcel in Charlotte's NoDa arts district. The 580,000 square foot, mixed-use development features 383 residential units, a full amenity package, parking, and retail, including a Sprouts Farmers Market and a Bank of America branch.
