The Florian

Assembled and developed this 388-unit, Class A, multifamily building at the confluence of some of DC's most dynamic and walkable neighborhoods. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and Cunningham Quill Architects, The Florian was inspired by the Palazzo dei Diamanti in Ferrara, Italy.
