Founded in 2009

Aria was founded in 2009 by Joshua Benaim with partners David Arditi and Timothy Gordon to generate outsized risk-adjusted returns for investors by integrating traditional hands-on real estate with classic value investment principles.

Aria’s development portfolio comprises more than $2 billion of institutional grade multifamily assets across the United States, ranging from adaptive reuse and repositioning to special situations to ground-up construction of our neighbors.
